FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

The following are the most frequently asked questions about MiFX services. If you have a question, please email us. We will respond within two business days although usually within just a few hours.

Q: What’s does a normal working day/week look like for your teams?
A: Typically we work an 8 to 10 hour day which translates to a 40 to 44 hour work week. Our team is available to work between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are also available outside these hours but this is decided on a project to project basis.

 

Q: Do your teams work outside office hours and weekends?
A: Yes. As noted above some conditions apply. Please contact us now. Call / email us or complete the short form on the contact page.

 

Q: Do you have up-to-date safety training, WSIB and liability insurance?
A: Yes. In addition to WSIB and liability insurance, all of our technicians have WHIMIS, working at heights and lift certifications.

 

Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee of your work?
A: Yes. We offer a 1 year guarantee on our workmanship to be free from defect. There are some conditions but they are straight forward. Contact us for complete details.

 

Q: Will you travel for work outside the GTHA?
A: Yes. We’ve completed projects across North America, the Caribbean and Europe. Standard travel charges of hotel, KM, per diems apply.

 

Q: Does MiFX offer programming?
A: Yes we do. Our technical team is capable of loading and making minor changes. However, we leave the heavy lifting to the pros which is why we have partnerships with a vast network of  certified programmers.

 

Q: Do you have a workshop to take deliveries?
A: Yes. In Hamilton, Mississauga and Toronto. All deliveries MUST be arranged beforehand.
